Life is complicated as it is. Is it really difficult to keep it as simple as possible? Remove all possibilities of overcomplicating things?
When simplifying things, it doesn’t mean thinking short (that sounds like it came off from an investment banker’s mouth). The future still has to be planned, expand the horizons and dare to dream. The challenge lies in being true to yourself and keeping the processses to these goals as simple as possible.
Look at the current global recession we’re facing and you will know what I mean. From a simple house, it grew into a loan. From a loan, it grew into an investment. From an investment, it became the catalyst for a catastrophe.
And has it become so difficult to be a down-to-earth, unassuming person anymore? Has it become so difficult to harbour dreams and work your ways towards it without taking shortcuts?
